Built in 1983, Timberland underwent a comprehensive renovation between 2020 and 2023, totaling over $1.3 million in upgrades. These renovations included 16 brand-new 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom villas, as well as extensive updates to townhomes and villas. Additionally, the property now benefits from a full connection to city water and sewer services.

 

The current ownership group is dedicated to providing a safe, clean, and quiet environment. We aim to create a community where long-term renters can feel at home and visitors can enjoy lasting memories during their stay.

**IMPORTANT**

 

Please read the following information carefully before submitting an application or inquiring about an available unit. Due to high call volume, we may prioritize individuals who have reviewed these guidelines.

  • Application Fee $50 Non-refundable 

  • No evictions within the last 5 years

  • Minimum credit score of 600 (may consider as low as 550. Additional deposits may be required). We do not accept cosigners.

  • Criminal Record considered but requires additional information including type of record and elapsed time.

  • Historical rental history

  • Proof of income - paystubs MINIMUM OF TWO (2) months must be provided or tax returns. 

  • Income must be 2.5x times rent (no exceptions). Example, if rent is $1,200 multiply by 2.5x = $3,000.00 or more in income per month to rent or more.

  • No Section 8 or VASH. We are not approved to accept either program.

  • Maximum two (2) people per bedroom

  • Maximum two (2) Cars per unit.

  • Pet Policy and Fees:

    • Max 2 small pets of max 25 lbs. each or 1 medium dog max 50 lbs.

    • Pet Deposit for one (1) pet: $250 nonrefundable    

    • Pet Deposit for two (2) pets: $350 nonrefundable

    • MONTHLY PET RENT - $25 monthly, per pet.  

Temporary and/or visiting pets are not allowed. We accept only dogs, cats and small birds. No exotic pets, rodents, reptiles, etc. allowed. Two animal limit per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. No full or mixed breeds of ​Akitas, Malamutes, Chow chows, Doberman, German Shepards, Great Danes, Pit Bulls, Canaries, Rottweilers, Huskies or Straffordshire Terriers. We love all dogs but insurance is strict with pets.

My name is Denny, and I’m excited to introduce myself as your Property Manager here at Timberland Apartments. It’s truly an honor to be part of this community, and my goal is to help make Timberland a place where everyone feels comfortable, valued, and proud to call home.

I bring over 12 years of experience in property management, and one of the things I’ve enjoyed most is building genuine connections with residents. Outside of work, I love spending time with my son, diving into a good book, and practicing martial arts.
